training was HORRIBLE.
with all the stretching and the pulling
and pushing and stepping
and the kicking and the punching
and the rolling and the jumping
and the twisting and the situps.

in the end,
i cant walk down the steps properly.
and im ACHING ALL OVER.
thanks to training.

and i will be back for more.
i hadnt experience heart exhaustion for SOOOO long.
and today was particularly excruciating.

was on MC for so long,

then now INTENSE training!

after training went to bubbletea there slack abit.
